Delivery and Click & Collect Information

At Vesuvio Pasta, we’re committed to providing convenient options for receiving your orders, whether through delivery or our Click & Collect service. Please carefully review the following information to ensure a smooth experience.


Delivery Information

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for deliveries to ensure the best quality and service.


Delivery Availability

Limited Delivery Days & Times: Deliveries are scheduled based on available slots, which Vesuvio will confirm with you once your order is placed. Delivery is not available every day, so please wait for confirmation.

You Must Be Home: Someone must be present to receive the order. We cannot leave pasta or other perishable items unattended, as they require proper storage immediately after delivery.

Rescheduling: If no one is available at the confirmed time, we will need to reschedule, which may result in delays.


Delivery Confirmation

• Once your order is placed, Vesuvio will contact you to confirm the available delivery time.

• Please ensure that someone is home to receive the delivery, as unattended deliveries cannot be made.


Click & Collect

For those who prefer to pick up their orders, we offer a Click & Collect service. This option allows you to collect your order directly from our location, but it is important to follow these guidelines.


Click & Collect Process

1. Place your order online and select the “Click & Collect” option at checkout.

2. Wait for Confirmation: Once your order is ready, we will send you an email confirming that it’s available for collection. Do not come to collect your order until you have received this email. Orders are not immediately available for pickup after purchase.

3. Pick Up Your Order: After receiving the confirmation email, you can collect your order during our designated pickup hours.


Important Reminders

• You must wait for the confirmation email before coming to collect your order. Orders require preparation time and are not ready immediately.

• Please bring your confirmation email and any identification or order number to ensure a quick and smooth pickup process.
