Cappellacci Genovese

Cappellacci is a traditional tortelloni shape resembling the old priests hat. Genovese is a traditional very slow cooked thick sauce with beef and lots of onions and special blend herbs. Inspired by the flavours of southern city of Napoli, they are Handmade with spinach pasta and bursting with a very rich, tender and moist meaty filling.

Ingredients: 100% premium Australian flour and West Australian beef.

Shape: Hat-shaped pasta.

Usage: Ideal for pairing with a burnt sage butter sauces base or light cream sauces.

Packaging: 5kg frozen box.
